The interview process had four rounds. It started with an introductory call with an HR representative, Sara George, where she walked me through the role and what to expect. The next step was a Microsoft Teams interview with my current manager, Lindsay Stoda. She went into more detail about the responsibilities and asked me questions about my background and skill set. After that, I visited the Base Camp office for an in-person conversation with Bruce Hausmann, the CFO of Interface. We had a longer discussion about my experience and how I might be a good fit for the team. The final interview was with both Lindsay and Liz Minne, Head of Global Sustainability Strategy. I had the chance to ask more detailed questions about the role, and also share my passion for sustainability and ESG in a more personal way.
