I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at International in Oct 2023
Interview
Two day-long process, which includes 2 45 minute interviews, and several hours of presentation that you must attend and actively participate in. Huge waste of time, especially for the candidates who they know they'll reject after the first interview. They also took several weeks to respond and ignored all follow-up emails, which is very unprofessional and extremely rude.
The interview was very straight forward and was not at all intimidating and the people who I spoke with were very nice. I really enjoyed speaking with them and I heard a follow up shortly after.

Interview
Started with a dinner with directors and vice presidents in product development. Next day was 3 sets behavioral interviews with senior engineers and a tour of the Lisle and Melrose Park facilities
