I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at International Paper (Norfolk, VA) in Oct 2016
Interview
Talked with a recruiter at the university career fair who then scheduled an in-person interview across campus less than an hour later with another recruiter. Received an email later that week that I was approved to fly (expenses paid) to their interview weekend in Norfolk, VA where over 3 days, we interviewed 1:1, group interviews, group activities, view recruiters from each plant, and visit the Franklin plant. I ended up deciding not to pursue the offer, however they offer excellent benefits and internal transfer programs to let you succeed anywhere within IP.

Very interactive, and fun. The job comes with a lot of physical labor so it was a great place for a former athlete like myself to be. They told me the company loves go getters and that being open to new opportunities is key.
