On-campus interview, then phone interview. I got the on campus interview by going to an info session at night and signed up for an interview. The on campus interview was relaxed. Medium difficulty questions. The phone interview was half "interview" questions and half a conversation about the job and the area.

When is a time you've demonstrated leadership? Where do you see yourself in five years? How did you decide on your major? What is 24x12? The phone interview was mainly talking about job specifics and what was in the area.
