I was called in to do an interview for one Financial Analyst position. There were multiple openings so they changed it to a group interview when I got there. First interview went well. I was then called in to do a second interview for one of the positions. I thought it went well. Questions were fairly the same. Experience, tell me about yourself, etc...There were some "what would you do in this situation" type questions.

What would you do if you were faced with 2 equally important tasks that your manager needed done asap?
Very easy and smooth interview process. Did take a while for them to get me back in for a second interview but overall the process was great. Would recommend applying and showing up prepared for a great interview

Interview
Behavioral interview questions with panel interview. Hiring manager and HR along with one additional participant. Questions are general in nature. You can look online and practice using your real life experiences.
The process from submitting the application to the on-site interview took about 3 months. There were 3 people at the on-site interview. I expected some test tasks, but didn't face with them.
