Great communication at all levels, clear directives, kind, talented and thoughtful people work here. They make decisions in a timely manner and keep the interview process to those that you would be working for. Very straightforward and honest which is hard to find in a company these days.

Question 1
Two that come to mind is that they asked about how you deal with conflict and also how you improved a project or task in quality and in productiveness. All their questions were on level and thoughtful.
