Typical panel interview with 3 company representatives. plant manager, human resource manager, and maintenance manager were present, with each asking multiple questions. The office was fairly dated and the work environment looked fairly boring.

Interview
Interview process began with a screen call from recruiter, then to a webex call with both facility GM's. Then onsite visit, to a call with regional EHS manager. I received an email with job offer.
