Applied online for the position and received an email requesting my availability for the remainder of the week for a phone call with one on their internal recruiters. Provided my availability and didn't hear back from anyone for 2 days. Call was scheduled and the recruiter never bothered to call. I sent a follow-up email and then received a response saying "I am not sure if you got my other email! My meeting ran very late today. I am so sorry about that!" I'm confident that the first email was never sent. I was unable to reschedule for the time they wanted the next day due to the fact that I had meetings scheduled all day with limited time available. 30 minutes later I got an email saying that they changed their minds and I was no longer being considered for the role. What a complete joke! Extremely unprofessional and it appears that the recruiters they have are all kids right out of college with zero to little experience. Upper management should monitor and train them properly as this type of behavior reflects very poorly on the company.
