Initially was contacted by e-mail to call a manager to talk about my skills and to schedule an in person interview for the next day.
The interview went well then I was given a skills test on safety standards and had a tour of the building after that. Everyone was friendly that I met that day.
about 10 days later I was called about a 2nd interview. At this interview I spoke with 2 different managers than the 1st interview and the director of operations of the facility, I was told by him I would hear if I got the job in 2 weeks. Good rapport was built with all these people.
Towards the end of the second week I was asked to come in for a third interview, told that this employee had been overseas but that he was the team leader of the segment I would be working in.
This interview did not go quite as well and my enthusiasm was less after so many interviews. He said I would hear back in 2 weeks when they made their decision.
I didn't hear back so I e-mailed the third interviewer and was asked to call him and he told me management higher than their individual facility had put a hold on hiring and I'd hear from him if that had changed.
