      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Intuit in Aug 2025

      Interview

I was recently ghosted by the Intuit recruiter: he disappeared completely after follow-up emails. I later connected with another hiring manager for a similar opening. Both expressed the will to keep in touch during the chat and said words like "getting back to you by xxx time". but neither followed through. One of the takeaways probably applicable to all interviews: NEVER anchor on the verbal promise from the recruiters or interviewers: they are just trying to make you feel good or keep a positive tone (all liars). There is a common trend/theme with candidates being ghosted by the company for different job openings. I cannot speak for other aspects, but this pattern suggests a lack of professionalism and respect in the recruiting process — and perhaps a deeper reflection of the company’s internal values and work ethic. PS: There is a clear need for a specialized interview/recruiting social platform where candidates could respectfully share their recruiting experiences. A community that helps candidates voice themselves and drive tangible influence by pushing the "unprofessional" company teams to make a real change.
