Recruiter initially reached out to me to schedule an interview. I had multiple offers with deadlines at the time, so I shared my availability and asked about the timeline. Recruiter confirmed they received the availability without answering my timeline question. So I followed up again with the same question, got ghosted. Fast forward a week later, I already accepted an offer and now Intuit scheduled an interview for me, still not answering my question on timeline. I canceled it politely saying I already have plans for the summer and that the take-home design challenge turnaround time was too tight for me. I also asked if they are looking for fall interns too. No replies at all.

Seamless interview process with an initial phone screen with recruiter and then one round with hiring managers or senior designers. Interview included portfolio presentation, given design challenge presentation and behavioral questions.
