Virtual. Simulation section. The first part was a series of questions that were recorded by the interviewer ahead of time. Then you had a few life questions from potential customers. It was extremely challenging and impersonal.
Phone interview first. Then virtual interview. Virtual interview consists of video recording to answer questions, multiple choice questions and tax questions. You have time to answer between each question. Total interview took just over an hour.
The online application was standard. I received a phone call within a few weeks. This was more of a screening process for them and informational for me. Then there was an online "test" which included some multi-choice and written questions as well as a few that were on video (using my equipment). That was then evaluated by the company and I received a call back within the week.
