I applied online. I interviewed at Intuit in May 2024
Interview
The interview process is long, tedious, and involves multiple rounds, including a painfully subjective craft presentation, which may lead to the elimination of qualified candidates based on subjective criteria. It's probably not worth it unless they like you, you know someone, or you're a strong shoe-in. Otherwise, a cattle call with their ongoing ads.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interviews lacked relevance to the role, with no particularly relevant behavioral questions or applicable discussions. Mainly consisted of a presentation and loose Q&A sessions.
It was fairly straight forward and not complicated process. The recruiters do a great job ushering you through the process.
1. Recruiter
2. Manager (first line manager)
3. Panel Interview (multiple manager and potentially a director)
