**READ IF APPLYING**
The interview process consisted of 6 stages over three months (average is roughly 42 days). One screening call with the talent team, two video interviews with sales managers, one field ride, and two further video interviews with directors. It was at least two weeks between each stage, and each time it was a case of me following up with the company to see if I was advancing to the next (including their final decision following the last interview stage). After reaching out for the final decision the talent team wrote back that day to tell me I had not been successful, and after 6 interviews across 3 months, provided one single line of feedback: "your example based answers did not specifically align to the approach he (UK director) was looking for on collaboration". Personally I felt I deserved a little bit more, having given a huge effort to the interview process, and having had to turn down two other roles due to the length of it. I wrote directly to the director asking them to expand on this vague sentence, and have recieved no response. I'd read and heard amazing things about the company and its culture before and during the interview process, however am now doubtful of this considering the respect they seem to show applicants. There is no doubt it is an exciting company to work for and I don't mean to discourage anyone from applying, but when doing so make sure you're not messed around.
