It was a tough interview. I was referred by a friend. They went through my resume in great detail. Wasn't quite sure why they did that. But it still worked out. Wanted to know my motivations for applying to the job. Seemed happy with my answers

Previous work experience. How I handle difficult stakeholders/customers
It’s part of the company culture to start out with an intro slide on yourself, including family photos. They are starting to ask for case studies but it’s on you to make sure the discussions stay on track so you can demonstrate your skillset.

Present all options considered and rationale for selecting your recommendation.
This role is for digital team, need 10-15 years experience even though the job description shows 3-5 years experience. Phone screen with in house recruiter is fine. No next step since they have decided to hire another candidate.
