Interviewing with Intuitive was one of the best job searching experiences I had. I want to give a special shout out to the two colleagues at the recurring team: Beverly and Dan. They are very knowledgeable about the business and the positions I was applying, and more importantly, they are very approachable and patient and always made themselves available when I had questions. With their support, I started the recruiting process feeling particularly positive and empowered. I applied two positions at Intuitive at the same time, and both hiring teams were very understanding and accommodating to my situation. They allowed me to proceed both tracks in parallel, and shared with me great insights to help me make my career decisions when I received offers from both positions. My interviewers were colleagues from different levels in the organization, but they were all very open and candid about the job requirements and their expectations, and we discussed very challenging business questions openly, which was a very strong demonstration of the company and team culture.
