Interview
Met virtually with both internal customers and peer partners. Interviewers used the typical behavior-based questions. Overall, the recruitment process was excellent, great communication, and very quick to make an offer. I'd highly recommend going through the process to experience how an effective recruitment process is performed and how the Intuitive Surgical team sets the standards for all others to follow. HR Recruitment and Executive Comp. partners were exceptional and provided the data needed to make the best decision for me personally.
