Intuitive Manager interview questions

I was very excited when Intuitive Surgical contacted me for a phone screen with the hiring manager. We had a very engaging call, shared work related stories, talked about the company growth. The hiring manager was very positive but was going on vacation and requested I call back in a week. I sent a thank you note and got a very positive response back on how "great" our conversation was and how well we connected. I waited a week and called back, no response, so emailed the hiring manager. I received an email back saying things were moving around in the company and to call back in 2 weeks. I was still excited, called back no response to voice message, emailed 2 times over the next 2 weeks and no response. Very unprofessional to ask a candidate to check back and when they do, there is no response. At least make an effort to say, thanks but we are not moving forward in the process. Shame on you!
