Question 1
What's your motivation for working here? Have you ever worked with physical products before?
Very quick thirty minute call regarding my background and how I would like to grow within the company. I then got a call that I got the position a few weeks later
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intuitive (Sunnyvale, CA) in Jul 2018
Interview
I had two phone screenings, which mostly consisted of asking about projects I did and my internship experience. I then had an on-campus interview, where I did four 30-minute 1:1 interviews. The interviewers' relaxed attitude helped diffuse some of the nervousness I had going into the interview. While there were some last-minute changes to my interview schedule, they did a great job of keeping me in the loop. Best interview experience I've had so far!
