      Manager Interview

      Dec 15, 2011
      Anonymous employee
      Houston, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Invesco (Houston, TX) in Feb 2011

      Interview

I was very impressed. I was judging them as much as they were judging me. From the start, their in-house recruiter set the hook in me. Their Recruiter was extremely knowledgeable about the role and the company and was very easy to talk with. They kept in very close contact with me throughout the process. When I first met the hiring manager, they were well prepared with Behavioral-based questions. When I met others, I could tell common themes were being covered, but never got asked the same question twice. The process included the hiring manager, a peers, and one of the main internal clients I support now. It was thorough yet not over-kill; I could see why I met with each and it gave me a better ability to evaluate the opportunity as well.

      Anonymous Interview Candidate

      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Invesco (New Delhi)

      Interview

Though the hr people are so good and gave the timely update, the hiring panel behaviour is extremely unprofessional. They are not sure what kind of role they are interviewing for. I hope ppl reviewed the CV of candidate before they call. It was quite strange to be getting interviewed for such senior role like this.

      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Invesco (Hyderābād) in Nov 2019

      Interview

Overall, I was satisfied and impressed by the recruitment process.Recruiter (in my case Spandana Yamini/Jeevitha) has provided clear information about role, hiring process and also about the company. Both of them have been proactive in communicating about hiring process which help me a lot in whole process.None the less Recruiters were professional and responded to my queries on timely manner. Interview process was rigorous targeted to evaluate whether the candidate is right fit for the organisation with respect to both technical skill or exposure as well as other crucial attributes like managerial skills and fit to organisations culture.
