It was through texting not video. Seems very weird. I understand it’s COVID-19 but it having a video interview seems very suspicious. Not sure if this is a legit thing or it’s a scam
There were hireview, for 3 questions you should speak up and 2 questions required a written answer. The last question was - why do you think you are good for this job
The first step in the interview process is going through submitting a video interview containing multiple questions. You have two chances to record your answers in a specific time frame. It can be challenging if you've never had to do one of these prescreening/video interviews before.
