first written answers then cognitive test then through external agency then super day style interview that is the final stage where you do different tasks some prepared some not and more than half get through to an offer

What previous experience do you have with working with quantitative and qualitative data?
The interview process starts with a few basic screening questions to confirm qualifications, followed by an HR interview to assess cultural fit and interest in the role. Candidates who proceed then participate in an online assessment day, which includes skill-based tasks, behavioral assessments, and possibly group exercises, designed to evaluate their technical and interpersonal abilities in simulated job conditions.

It took about six hours, light refreshment was provided. A very tiring process, candidates need to complete group presentation, assessment and individual interview. Be prepared that invigilators are blunt and straightforward.
