The process began with a telephone interview which discussed my previous experience and some basic competency/knowledge questions.
After this I was invited for a face to face interview in a couple of days and asked to create a presentation about their software suite which I hadn't used before.
The requirements for the presentation were specifically vague.
At the interview I had to complete a further competency quiz, then give my presentation to the line manager and a team leader, followed by further questions about my experience and why I think I'd succeed in the role.
I was also quizzed on what I had learned about their products in the making of the presentation.
