I applied online, with sending my resume through their website. The next step was a phone interview that took approximately 10-15 minutes talking to someone through their hiring center. After that I was scheduled for an in person interview a few days later. It was pretty laid back. The person interviewing me was the manager of the department I was hiring for.

Name a time you have dealt with a difficult customer. How did you handle this?
I had a great experience with the customer service representative at JB Hunt. They were professional, patient, and very knowledgeable when answering all of my questions. The representative handled my concerns quickly and made sure I understood every step of the process. Their friendly attitude and excellent communication made the experience stress-free. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend JB Hunt to others.

Veey easy and not hard questions at all its a super layed back and very posive. Not long interview at all and the questions were very typical amd easy to answer

I got an initial phone screening with usual question about relevant skills to the position and why I wish to work for the company. Next was a 60 min in person interview which I was pleasantly surprised to find to be very casual. At the end, I was introduced to a few office staff.
