J.Crew was hiring additional associates for the holiday season. Applied online and got an email back to select a time for an interview. It was a one on one interview with the assistant manager in front of the store. Ive had previous retail experience so it turned out to be an easy interview and was hired on the spot.

The interview process was extremely friendly, welcoming and simple. They asked about 3 to 4 questions followed by asking if I had any additional comments for the company and culture.

It was an easy interview with easy questions where they asked me about myself and how I would describe myself and what I would contribute to the job and why I like fashion.
