Telephone interview, then an on site interview which was met with a coding test, a personal interview by the staff, a group meeting-style interview and last an interpersonal skills interview.

The interview process consisted of five 10 minute speed interviews with hiring managers before a technical interview which lasted approximately half an hour. The interviews generally had an easy going approach but they did ask suitable questions relevant to the job.
