Full day assessment centre, 2 interviews, 1 individual case study presentation and 1 group presentation based on extended case study. Before the assessment centre, roughly 3 separate phone interviews, 3-4 online assessments (reading, math, iq and behaviourial). was flown from melbourne to their sydney head office for the interview.
