I applied online. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (London, England) in Jan 2013
Interview
Horrible overall experience. The company is very disorganised in general with low quality employees in the technology division and they try to save money everywhere. I was called in for an assessment centre and even though I lived quite far away they did not arrange to book me overnight accommodation in London so I had to travel over 4 hours in the middle of the night (from 4am) and then have the assessment centre. All these in the middle of my exam period. As if this was not enough they booked the longest train journey (and cheapest) so I had to travel half of England before arriving to London. When I arrived I had to take a test and have an interview for a position I didn't even apply! I was so angry I was about to leave in the middle of the process since I already had another job offer but stayed just for the experience. This is a company that you don't want to work for.

Question 1
Despite the technical role the interviews were full of competency based questions which I found most difficult. E.g. Tell me a situation where you made a mistake in your analysis and how did you go and correct it.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2019
Interview
Applied online. Took 6 weeks for them to get back to me with a link to a site called Pymetrics where there are several tasks that test IQ and suitability for the role. This didn't take long and area akin to psychometric tests given by other companies during the interview process.
A few weeks after this I was asked to record an interview of myself answering three questions through and app called 'HireVue' which were then sent for examination. I received word back a few weeks after this.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Hong Kong) in Dec 2017
Interview
2 round interview process. On the first I have to pass a technical test, where I asked to find a mistake in python code and provide my solution. Secondly, I was asked to write one from scratch on the paper.
Second round included team game. Obviously, I felt myself like in the 2 year of study on a business case competition. We have to provide solution for one of the internal infrastructure problem. Lastly, I was talking to developers, who asked me questions about recommended systems and graph theory

Question 1
You die and the devil says he'll let you go to heaven if you beat him in a game. The devil sits you down at a perfectly round table. He gives himself and you an infinite pile of quarters. He says, "OK, we'll take turns putting one quarter down, no overlapping allowed, and the quarters must rest flat on the table surface. The first guy who can't put a quarter down loses." You guys are about to start playing, and the devil says that he'll go first. However, at this point you immediately interject, and ask if you can go first instead. You make this interjection because you are very smart and can place quarters perfectly, and you know that if you go first, you can guarantee victory. Explain how you can guarantee victory.

Interview
Assessment Centre: Group of 6 individuals. We had two interviews: a Competency and a technical one as well as a group exercise. JP Morgan stuff were friendly and nice, willing to answer any questions that you had.

Question 1
Group exercise : Virtualisation vs Cloud Computing. We were given a bunch of papers explaining the problem and the two possible solutions. Each candidate had an assessor assessing him. They wanted to see how you would 'play' in the team (teamwork, leadership & communication skills)
