Interview
I applied online and had 1 phone interview with the operation manager. The interview was mainly behavioral questions. After my interview I was contacted by one of the interviewers that we would hear back in 3 weeks. I was called for a 2nd interview with the operation team. The interview was fairly easy and I was offered the position 4 days later.

A bat and a ball cost $2.50, the bat costs $1.00 more than the ball. How much does the ball cost?
It was easy just basic hirevue behavioral questions. I then had a technical and then got the job offer. Just studied behavioral questions with my past work. I would make sure to be ready to answer questions and prepare quickly for the hirevue.

The HireVue consisted of behavioral and situational questions focused on problem-solving, communication, and alignment with the role. The instructions were clear, and candidates were given time to prepare responses before recording. Further steps were communicated after completion of the video interview.
