I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Jun 2013
Interview
So I have applied to the position 2 days ago, and got a phone call this morning around 8:45 from Chase recruiting department, the recruiter was nice and set up a phone interview time with me for later today which occured around 1pm. She asked me about my previous positions with other financial institutes and then asked me about a difficult customer service experience that I have went above and beyong to help the customer, and I only had a few seconds to think of one , and she really liked my answer for this question. So pretty much you have to say how you have done to help the clients, and how the clients felt about it afterward. Then she went on to explain the wage and everything, how it works, and asked me for my long term goal, and what makes me want to work for Chase.
notes to all prospect applicants: Please do some research and "soul"/career searching before your interview. It is important that you, as the applicant, know about the company you apply to, and also always have your phone with you after you apply to a job, you never know when the recruiter will call you! she called me before 9, which isn't a normal banking working hour...
so yeap! i got to go to my next in person interview with the hiring manager! and I am really excited!
