I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan
Interview
I was asked to bring work samples and to meet with three VPs in addition to the two leads, 2 full-time employee leads and the project sponsor. Very time consuming - I returned 3 different days and then waited a few more days for a VP to return from vacation. I also met with the agency leads and directors before going onsite for the interview.

Question 1
No a difficult question, but a question that came up every time (which says a lot about the culture). "Give me an example of how you dealt with changing priorities on a project? Also share a time when you had conflicting goals and timeframes for a project from multiple managers?".
The process involved in interviewing a person includes the following steps: recruit new candidates; establish criteria for which candidates will be rated; develop interview questions based on the analysis; set a time line for interviewing and decision making; connect schedules with others involved in the interview ...
It is very slow process , you have to ask for feedback they don't share . Interview process is not that hard . They mainly focused around dbms and core Java , design pattern
