Interviewed with VP two weeks ago, after that no response from the recruiter about the interview or next steps still following up with the recruiter no response. At least I am expecting to get a response about the interview update.

In the beginning, there was a test assignment by phone. The task was not difficult. I was invited to the next interview.
I had three interviews on this day. The questions were about algorithms, Databases, and Python.
After a few days, I was invited to the next interview with the future team lead and HR. I found a common language with the team lead, and I felt good after the salary discussion with HR.
At the last moment, unexpected, they add one more interview with Executive Director! and he didn't like me :( He reprimanded me because of my clothes, and he didn't like the place where I worked. The conversation was not pleasant. After that, they did not send any reply at all.

Got contacted by an hr through LinkedIn and had a call the next day, was assured that a hiring manager would contact me soon to set up an interview. Got a response from them 2 weeks later, set up an interview with the developers. Ghosted after it.
