First was an online test, pretty standard (I think SHL). Then they called me for an on-site assessment centre. Very polite and agreeable people. First step was to prepare a presentation in 20 minutes about a provided case study. Second was a group exercise where 5-6 employees/interviewers took notes while the candidates interacted and discussed. Next came two one on one interviews, mostly personality, background and motivation type questions like:

- mention a mistake you made and how you coped with it
- three of your strengths
