Application submitted with CV and Cover Letter. Followed by an automatic hire-vue (one-way interview). No further stages and only a couple of questions in the hirevue stage. Cover letter is not mandatory, and HR does not often read it

Tell me about an industry you have been following?
The interview process was a hirevue. You are given 30 seconds to prepare an answer to the question that they show you and then given two minutes to speak. No retakes are available.
I would say it was a good experience overall. There were about 4 to 5 questions and it was on hirevue. They were mostly quite straight forward forward forward forward.
