I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Mumbai)
Interview
Had 4 rounds:
1. With a sector VP which was more around why and how did I get to know abt finance and why I was interested. Did I start investing my first salary? What do I know about ETFs. What is the return if sensex moves from A to B?
2. Second round was about guesstimate questions (2-3) and my choice of investments if I had a certain pool of money with me. Also, questions on sectors, P/E ratios etc. that can be considered to be more technical in nature
3. This was more of a CV/Resume round by HR
4. This was more of a culture fit round by the MD
