JCPenney came to my university's campus and interviewed select students for various design internship positions. I was interviewed by two designers from the workplace and a human resources recruiting representative. I presented my portfolio and resume in the interview and due to strong experience in the position, it went very well. I had a second round skype interview and then was given my offer very quickly after that.

The interview consisted of sharing a project based on a design brief provided by them as well as answering and asking questions. In total, six people came to speak with me. They came in two sets of two people and two came in by themselves.
