Interview
Well i just applied around September because that's the best time to apply instead of waiting till October and November. They called me a month later around October to set up and interview. I went dressed semi-formal the first process one of the store managers just interviewed me when am i available during the week in the end she told me she will refer me her other manager because I have a great personality:). Normally they tell you that come another day so the hiring manager interviews you, but i was lucky enough to do all that process that same day.She asked me simple questions, why should we hire you?, why do you want to work here?, what can you provide for this company?, why should i hire you instead of someone else?
In the end she told me the happiest words ever!!! WELCOME TO THE J.C.PEENY FAMILY and that in three days she'll call me after the back ground check is all clear so you can do your orientation.
Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.
The interview process begins with an initial screening to review qualifications and experience. Selected candidates then participate in one or more interviews with the hiring team, which may include behavioral and role-specific questions. Final candidates may be asked to complete an assessment or meet with senior stakeholders before a hiring decision is made. Candidates are kept informed throughout the process.
