There were basic interview questions: why I wanted the job and why I wanted to work at JC Penney. I talked about my work history, and I was asked to describe a time I worked in a group situation, what the project was and if there's anything I would do differently. I then had a test where I had to organize a rack of shirts by size, style and color.

Casual conversation with the Manager about experience, etc. Discussed hours and made sure a good fit for both of us. Was a simple and straight forward interview. Was a very pleasant experience.
