Applied online and in a matter of days i was invited in for an interview. The interview turned out to be a Group Interview. Fairly easy. Asked the common retail interview questions having to do with customer service and such

What would you do to help an unsatisfied customer?
It was fairly straightforward and easy. The woman I interviewed with was nice and not very intimidating. They took about a week to get back with me about an interview after I applied for the position.

Interview
I was contacted by email about my application. Contacted HR Supervisor and scheduled an interview date and time. Met with HR the next day for an in person interview. Very informative conversation with HR Supervisor.
Very efficient and the interviewer was very nice and gave me a lot of time to answer questions. The questions were not hard and they were very manageable. It was more so a discussion rather than an interview.
