Interview
They literally only called to know what my availability was, then they said that I would only start out at 8.00/hr because I had no experience. After that, they told me that they needed to do a background check and then within a few hours, they called back, told me it came back clear, then set me up with orientation.
It was fairly straightforward and easy. The woman I interviewed with was nice and not very intimidating. They took about a week to get back with me about an interview after I applied for the position.

Interview
I was contacted by email about my application. Contacted HR Supervisor and scheduled an interview date and time. Met with HR the next day for an in person interview. Very informative conversation with HR Supervisor.
Very efficient and the interviewer was very nice and gave me a lot of time to answer questions. The questions were not hard and they were very manageable. It was more so a discussion rather than an interview.
