I received a quick request for a phone interview after submitting my resume. The office manager and HR manager were polite and straight to the point. I gave them some notes on my background and they asked several questions. The experience was a positive one overall.

From start to finish the process went smoothly. The recruiter stayed in contact through each step of the process to keep me informed. Interviews were timely and each one was a little different. Enjoyed meeting with the JC Penney team at each interview. Excited for the future!!
