The initial hiring process went very well. The supervisors were friendly but thorough. The questions were relaxed and easy. They also have a training program with videos and activities to help you succeed. I was interviewed by a supervisor and then the store manager in the same day. I was offered the job over the phone within two days

They asked questions regarding customers. They used scenarios and asked what you would do. Like, how would you help a someone who is shopping for a pregnant woman?
