Interview
Met with HR then GM. Very nice and thorough interview. Group setting then individual. Played games and was assessed. Interview gave expectations for job. After background check, hiring was about 4 days. Lots of videos and talking.
Good with customer service and getting customer what they need by in store or online orders. Plus dealing with customer assistance in choices of what styles in clothing for entire family.

It’s a typical behavioral interview. i was just asked what my availability is. Group interview but I’m sure everyone got hired if they had decent availability. Very easy interview, started working a week or two later
