Interview
The process was easy and the talent recruiter was very kind and knowledgeable. Though I wasn’t offered the opportunity I would be willing to continue to apply because the experience was so exciting and enjoyable.

The interview process for J.C. Penney was an incredible experience. The entire process moved quickly and everyone was very friendly. Question 1
What is one thing you can bring to J.C. Penney? What is one thing the company can improve on?
Incredibly upset with the interview process at JCPenney. Made it all the way to the final interview l, completed a project that took me a week, and then never heard back from recruiter, Gabrielle, after presenting the project. Am very glad I went with a better paying job offer, if the interview process was any indication of how they treat their employees. Very disappointed and would have appreciated a rejection email after all the work I did

Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter 3 weeks later for an initial screening. 3 more weeks later I had an interview with a Design Director and next day I was asked to complete a design project that was to be presented the following week and I was given an offer the next day. The entire process took about 2 months from applying to offer.
