Jcpenney was an easy place to apply to. They have a computer at the back of the store that you can apply on and see what positions are available. This included a lengthy questionaire and personality test. The interview was simply the manager asking my availability, telling me about the job, the benefits of the company, was was going to be asked of me, etc. Also, why i was applying and why I left my last job. The people at JCPenney are nice. You get along with everyone if you do what you're supposed to and stay out of the gossip. Like everywhere else it's a good idea to keep your personal business private.
