JCP recruiter Heather was my first point of contact. She spent an hour talking with me throughout the interview. She was transparent with all the information and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She then passed me on to interview with the District Manager and then the Regional VP. They were all very kind and made the interview feel very comfortable. Heather then circled back to me after this. She was phenomenal!

Begin with a talent management consultant who was thorough and highly responsive. Processed glided to the DM and RVP to follow. Everyone in the process was informative, kind, and welcoming with tons of knowledge around the business and retail in general. Awesome process!
