I’d previously worked there during college so had some familiarity with the business. If I recall correctly, The interview was standard questions about previous, relevant experience and motivations for pursuing the role. This was years ago.

Takes a week or so to get a callback. They interview on the phone first. Basic general questions. Then schedule an in person. This took several weeks to get an appointment. They seemed to only have nights.

How to deal with customers in different scenarios. From mildly upset to very upset. Was I a team player and could I get along with others. How to motivate employees to get work out of them.

Interview
The process was easy and straightforward. There was one personality assessment and questions about completing transactions. There were two different interview processes. One interview was with HR and the other was with the person with whom I was to work.
