Interview
The store manager gave me a pleasant, prompt interview. She explained the position, salary, schedule, duties and benefits clearly. She was honest about their needs, and said they needed a sales associate who could work regular hours and also be available for extra hours as needed. I explained that I had some times I was unavailable, but otherwise they could call me as often as needed.

The manager asked how I would handle a dissatisfied customer.
It was fairly straightforward and easy. The woman I interviewed with was nice and not very intimidating. They took about a week to get back with me about an interview after I applied for the position.

Interview
I was contacted by email about my application. Contacted HR Supervisor and scheduled an interview date and time. Met with HR the next day for an in person interview. Very informative conversation with HR Supervisor.
Very efficient and the interviewer was very nice and gave me a lot of time to answer questions. The questions were not hard and they were very manageable. It was more so a discussion rather than an interview.
