I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at JD Power (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2021
Interview
It was a 3 week long process. All three initial interviews went well. I was passed onto the next interviewer fairly quick. After a follow up to my application after 8 days of not hearing back, I was told there was "positive" talks about my application and had anything changed, I would hear back. After my last follow up 12 days after my last interview, I was told my application was no longer considered for the role. After the back and forth and the wait, seems really ridiculous- I should have focused my attention to other companies that were actively hiring and not "just looking for 3 weeks" with no intention to hire immediately. The interview process is really long. There are 4 interviews until you get an offer.
The people I interviewed with were really delightful, the outcome was not what I expected, given each interviewer loved my engagement and quality of conversation.
I asked the recruiter in an email for any feedback for my application and interview and insight for the next time. I have yet to hear back. Really disappointed this company does not have prompt and good email communication with their HR team for their recruitment process.
