Very easy, if you have a degree and are not an idiot, you will most likely get hired, was hired within 30 minutes of interview. They are pretty up front with what the job entails. If you want to make decent pay for calling people the job is for you.

Very thorough interview process. Every question I had was answered in depth. I felt heard by the person interviewing me and all questions asked of me were fair. Overall a seamless process.
It was a very straightforward interview that consisted of two phone calls and a background check. It seems like they are hiring almost everyone who applied. My training class was about 4 people. I am sure that debt settlement would be even easier than mine was.
